Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree
active RN license or equivalent clinical credentials
minimum 3 years leadership experience in patient safety, quality, or risk management
strong knowledge of regulatory standards and safety improvement methodologies
ability to lead cross-functional teams
excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Duties

Lead and optimize patient safety programs
risk assessments
safety reporting systems
partner with clinical and administrative leaders to implement proactive prevention strategies
analyze safety data and trends to guide action plans and strategic improvements
ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CMS, and national patient safety standards
lead root cause analysis, sentinel event reviews, and performance improvement projects
