Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • active RN license or equivalent clinical credentials
  • minimum 3 years leadership experience in patient safety, quality, or risk management
  • strong knowledge of regulatory standards and safety improvement methodologies
  • ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and optimize patient safety programs
  • risk assessments
  • safety reporting systems
  • partner with clinical and administrative leaders to implement proactive prevention strategies
  • analyze safety data and trends to guide action plans and strategic improvements
  • ensure adherence to Joint Commission, CMS, and national patient safety standards
  • lead root cause analysis, sentinel event reviews, and performance improvement projects
