Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hotel food and beverage operations
  • Minimum 5 years experience with food and alcoholic beverage management
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financials preferred
  • Ability to work varying schedules
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in hotel food and beverage operations
  • Experience managing food and alcoholic beverage services
  • Previous leadership over multiple outlets preferred
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements and financial management
  • Familiarity with technology platforms such as Microsoft Office, HMS, and TOAST
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations

Job Duties

  • Circulate on the outlet floor checking guest satisfaction and handling complaints
  • Control guest seating flow and supervise opening and closing duties
  • Conduct pre-meal meetings and ongoing employee training
  • Manage and develop staff including managers and hourly employees
  • Oversee budgeting, inventory, staffing, compliance, marketing, and data analysis
  • Lay out goals and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Manage payroll, human resources functions, and guest complaint resolution
