Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of food and beverage leadership experience within a luxury hotel, exclusive membership club, or a comparable high-end restaurant environment
  • Experience with MICROS POS, SevenRooms, and Harri management software
  • Active NYS Department of Health and Hygiene certification
  • Active ServSafe certification
  • Active TIPS certification
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 lbs
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are a distinct advantage

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of food and beverage leadership experience within a luxury hotel, exclusive membership club, or a comparable high-end restaurant environment
  • Experience utilizing MICROS POS, SevenRooms, and Harri management software
  • Must hold active NYS Department of Health and Hygiene, ServSafe, and TIPS certifications
  • Deep knowledge of upscale food preparation, fine wine, and premium spirits
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong cultural nuances sensitivity
  • Ability to maintain composure and handle stress in an intense, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets, including dining rooms, lounges, and private club spaces, ensuring consistent top-tier quality, presentation, and service
  • Champion a personalized, anticipatory service culture, monitoring guest feedback and implementing targeted service improvements
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (DOH and Diversey)
  • lead monthly food safety meetings and conduct regular operational audits
  • Partner closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure food quality consistency and flawlessly execute special events, holidays, and promotional menu rollouts
  • Assist the Director of F&B in managing annual operating budgets and collaborate with Finance to track KPIs, forecasting, and P&L reporting
  • Maximize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing guest spend per head through creative staff initiatives and training
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire outlet managers and hourly colleagues, fostering an environment of trust, respect, teamwork, and professional development
