Job Requirements

  • Minimum college education preferred
  • At least five years of senior management experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations
  • Familiarity with luxury resort multi-outlet management
  • Certified Food Handler
  • Completion of Responsible Beverage Service Training
  • Strong leadership skills including coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent communication abilities in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and late nights

Job Qualifications

  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
  • Excellent proficiency in English including reading, writing, and speaking
  • College degree preferred in hotel or restaurant management, or business administration
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum five years of senior restaurant management experience including department head or general manager roles
  • Experience managing multiple outlets within a luxury resort
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Responsible Beverage Service Training

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Control and maintain standards including sanitation, grooming, and conduct
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals
  • Forecast labor needs and create schedules using hotel tools
  • Train and mentor new and existing food and beverage staff, including conducting regular training sessions
  • Manage budgets including food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
  • Facilitate department meetings and communications
  • Plan and execute special events and monthly outlet promotions
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and par stocks
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report deficiencies
  • Manage beverage stock, cocktail, and wine list maintenance
  • Review and analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Uphold human resources responsibilities including interviewing, discipline, and termination
  • Implement and maintain waste control measures
  • Respond appropriately to emergency and safety situations
  • Liaise regularly with upper management
