Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
  • at least 7-10 years of progressive food and beverage management experience
  • minimum 5 years in senior leadership role
  • proven ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets
  • strong track record in budgeting and financial performance
  • in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
  • excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • strong analytical and financial decision-making abilities
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • availability to work holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field

Job Duties
