Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
- Or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- Or a 2-year college degree with 2 or more years of related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department, and liquor regulations
- Willingness to work long hours
- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently or constantly

Job Duties
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests
- Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and attentive manner
- Attend all hotel required meetings and training sessions
- Participate in management on duty coverage as required
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate standards as required by hotel scheduling
