Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of audio-visual experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live shows
- Experience with pre-planning large events
- Proficiency with computer hardware
- Proficiency with computer software including internet and Microsoft Office
- Leadership skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation
- Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles
Job Qualifications

- 3+ years of audio-visual experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment
- Experience handling pre-planning and operations of large audio-visual events
- Proficiency with computer hardware
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and Internet
- Effective leadership abilities
- Customer satisfaction focus
- Valid driver’s license for team members operating company vehicles
Job Duties
- Directs the operations team on daily equipment setups and strikes
- Ensures appropriate business levels are accommodated by scheduled staff and delegates tasks
- Mentors and supervises operational staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Establishes excellent working relationships with hotel staff, team members, neighboring locations, and vendors
- Utilizes the billing system to coordinate invoicing and ensure accuracy
- Manages on-site equipment inventory and sources internal gear before sub-renting externally
- Maintains inventory safety, security, and quality assurance
- Ensures equipment and services are delivered timely and as specified
- Keeps inventory in good working condition and arranges repairs
- Researches new technology and equipment for purchase
- Maintains a positive employee relations environment
- Manages staff to support business growth and organizational goals
- Provides coaching and skill development for team members
- Handles human resource activities including selection and performance management
- Ensures employee training and supports property-wide training programs
- Trains technical staff and models equipment use
- Recommends additional training opportunities for team members
- Portrays a professional image and ensures team adherence
