Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
- Proven leadership ability managing teams
- Skilled in budget management and financial analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and implement contracts
- Physical capability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- Strong focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and business growth
- Effective interpersonal communication skills with clients, senior management, and support staff
- Ability to read, understand, and implement contractual requirements
- Significant experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead through managers
- Experience in department budgeting, financial controls, and analysis
- Experience in developing product sales strategies and operational initiatives
Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on execution management of operations
- Manage client and community relationships, assessing operations and developing plans for optimal service and satisfaction
- Build, develop, and lead a capable management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives
- Recommend methods, resources, and implementation strategies for service improvement based on operational needs and contractual obligations
- Manage budget in partnership with finance and assist in designing improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining associated records and reports
- Enforce Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and Business Conduct Policy at all times
