Job Requirements
- Eight plus years of experience in hospitality entertainment or food and beverage industry with at least five recent years as a general manager in a high-volume matrix structure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and be active on feet for extended periods
- Must maintain energy and focus in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Lead the venue by setting the direction for service and hospitality ensuring players have an unforgettable experience
- Supervise and support venue leaders guiding them in delivering top-tier service and maintaining high operational standards
- Drive playmaker engagement by coaching and developing the team fostering a positive and energetic environment
- Work closely with the team leveraging business metrics and trends to maximize performance and profitability
- Build strong relationships with community leaders to elevate the Topgolf brand
- Prioritize safety and cleanliness by adhering to operational standards ensuring player and playmaker satisfaction
- Execute flawless operations across all venue functions
