Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of Restaurant Managers to drive sales and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure 100 percent compliance with HR, Finance, and operational standards
  • Coach and develop General Managers and high-potential Restaurant Managers
  • Support new restaurant growth and management team onboarding
  • Monitor operational trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Hold crucial conversations about guest service and employee experience
  • Contribute to identifying and retaining high-potential, diverse talent
