Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of Restaurant Managers to drive sales and guest satisfaction
- Ensure 100 percent compliance with HR, Finance, and operational standards
- Coach and develop General Managers and high-potential Restaurant Managers
- Support new restaurant growth and management team onboarding
- Monitor operational trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Hold crucial conversations about guest service and employee experience
- Contribute to identifying and retaining high-potential, diverse talent
