Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse
- At least 2 years of hospice experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of hospice and palliative care regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Plan direct coordinate and evaluate daily operations to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Oversee adherence to organizational policies procedures and budgetary goals
- Manage financial performance and ensure branch profitability
- Lead sales and marketing activities to drive growth
- Foster a culture of compassionate care and team engagement
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives
- Ensure quality patient and family experiences in hospice and palliative care delivery
