Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage industry
- At least 5 recent years as a General Manager in a high-volume, matrix structure
- Multi-unit management experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and be physically active for extended periods
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and resilience
- Pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead venue by setting direction for service and hospitality to ensure an unforgettable Player experience
- Supervise and support venue leaders to maintain high operational standards for smooth day-to-day operations
- Coach and develop Playmakers to foster a positive, energetic environment aligned with Topgolf's Core Values
- Manage business metrics and trends to maximize performance and profitability
- Build and maintain strong community relationships to elevate the Topgolf brand
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence across all venue functions
- Oversee hiring, scheduling, and team development to drive Playmaker engagement
