Job Requirements
- Approximately eight years of experience and/or education demonstrating commanding knowledge of restaurant operations
- previous experience leading a team
- BA/BS degree preferred
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies

- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead a multifunctional team to support the brand's operations teams and internal RSC cross-functional partners
- serve as the primary point of contact for operations on key initiatives determined by leadership
- support the brand's operations leadership administratively in preparation for CKE Board of Directors, ops committee, and internal leadership team meetings
- provide coaching, guidance, and development to direct and indirect reports
- provide thought leadership to enable sales and profitability growth while providing strategic direction to the brand's fundamental principles
- work with the CKE Culinary team to develop new products during ideation and testing phases
- act as key point of contact for franchisees in support of operations initiatives
- coordinate and partner with the CKE Digital team in support of First Party/Third Party delivery program
- attend seminars and complete additional training to stay current with industry trends
- conduct field visits in both company and franchise locations to provide feedback and monitor results of testing key initiatives
- participate in company meetings, webinars, and conference calls
- perform other duties or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and requirements
