Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 7 years senior leadership experience in QSR multi-unit operations
- Proven track record of successful new restaurant openings and operational scaling
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Ability to travel internationally including extended stay in Colombia
- Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset suited for fast-paced startup environment
Job Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in QSR fast food or fast casual multi-unit operations
- Proven success leading new restaurant openings (NROs) and scaling operations
- Experience supporting franchise systems or multi-location expansion preferred
- Strong hands-on leadership style with the ability to execute and strategize simultaneously
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to collaborate across international teams
- Willingness to travel to Colombia for immersive operational training
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality and passion for growth
Job Duties
- Lead the end-to-end opening of the first U.S. location including construction build-out and operational readiness
- Learn and adapt proven recipes menus and systems from the Colombia flagship to ensure brand authenticity and operational excellence
- Establish vendor partnerships negotiate supplier agreements and build a reliable supply chain
- Develop scalable operational infrastructure including SOPs training programs and operational playbooks
- Recruit hire train and develop the opening team fostering a strong culture of accountability and performance
- Design compensation structures policies and operational standards aligned with growth objectives
- Drive operational excellence guest satisfaction and strong early financial performance
