Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience
- At least 5 years in a general management role within a high-volume setting
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and be active on feet for extended periods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage industry
- At least 5 recent years as a General Manager in a high-volume, matrix structured environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Lead venue service and hospitality direction to ensure unforgettable player experiences
- Supervise and support venue leaders to maintain operational excellence
- Coach and develop playmaker team to foster engagement and uphold company core values
- Use business metrics to maximize performance and profitability
- Build and maintain community relationships to enhance the brand
- Prioritize safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across the venue
- Manage all business functions to ensure flawless operations
