Job Duties
- Deliver crave-able food that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements
- Coach kitchen team members to live out core values
- Ensure fast speed of service with a hustling work ethic
- Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment
- Enforce food safety systems and standards
- Monitor food cost behaviors including waste tracking and portion control
- Manage inventory including weekly orders and end-of-month counts
- Collaborate with directors to ensure operational unity and clarity
- Evaluate labor cost performance and productivity
- Assign cleaning responsibilities and hold team members accountable
