Job Duties

  • Deliver crave-able food that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements
  • Coach kitchen team members to live out core values
  • Ensure fast speed of service with a hustling work ethic
  • Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment
  • Enforce food safety systems and standards
  • Monitor food cost behaviors including waste tracking and portion control
  • Manage inventory including weekly orders and end-of-month counts
  • Collaborate with directors to ensure operational unity and clarity
  • Evaluate labor cost performance and productivity
  • Assign cleaning responsibilities and hold team members accountable
