Job Requirements

  • 5+ leadership experience in hospitality or retail
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Understanding of financial concepts
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Understanding of financial concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams
  • Experience in budget and P&L management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Proactively coaching and motivating team members to deliver their best
  • Identifying opportunities and driving continual improvement in location operations
  • Building strong partnerships with location partners
  • Working with regional and Home Office leadership to implement innovation and best practices
  • Delivering against financial goals and budgets
  • Coaching the operations management team
  • Representing Levy at partner meetings and networking events
  • Overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation
  • Reviewing financial reports and developing action plans
  • Leading the development of the location's food story and guest experience
  • Completing team member performance reviews and career development planning
  • Managing hiring interviews and approval
  • Collaborating with culinary leadership on menu development
  • Overseeing season planning and aligning with Levy goals
  • Conducting manager meetings and event walkthroughs
  • Managing team recognition programs
  • Leading building safety walks
  • Executing corrective actions as needed
  • Mentoring future talent and developing next-generation leaders
  • Closing and signing off payroll
  • Driving shrinkage prevention efforts
  • Participating in Governance Meeting presentations
  • Planning budgets and managing P&L
  • Engaging with the leadership team for staff support and commitment
  • Acting as the figurehead for diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Performing other duties as assigned
