Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
  • minimum of 7 years experience in multi-unit restaurant operations management
  • proven leadership skills with experience managing district or area managers
  • strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
  • knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • willingness to travel frequently
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations and Home Office to align regional operations with company goals
  • provide strategic oversight to General Managers and District Managers, promoting operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • manage up to 7 District Managers, setting clear expectations, providing ongoing leadership support, and driving consistency across all markets
  • train, coach, and develop General Managers and Area Managers to foster effective leadership across all locations
  • maintain a strong presence in key dayparts including dinner and weekends to support field teams and resolve operational needs in real time
  • ensure compliance with all operational procedures, food safety standards, and health codes including maintaining consistent DOH A ratings
  • oversee and maintain the Corporate Scorecard, using it as a tool to drive accountability, track performance, and ensure restaurants consistently achieve and sustain Champion Status in Smart Kitchen
