Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in logistics or operations management
  • Proven leadership ability managing a diverse team
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to oversee large-scale facility operations
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment to the mission of hunger relief and community service

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in logistics or operations management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and facilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of warehouse management and transportation logistics
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Job Duties

  • Oversee final construction and opening of the Waco branch
  • Manage daily operations of the Waco facility including warehouse and transportation functions
  • Coordinate transfers, distributions, and transportation routes with the Austin logistics team
  • Ensure the upkeep and safety of the facility and surrounding property
  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, drivers, and facility staff
  • Foster collaboration and communication between Waco and Austin locations
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partner agencies, and external stakeholders
