Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in logistics or operations management
- Proven leadership ability managing a diverse team
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to oversee large-scale facility operations
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Commitment to the mission of hunger relief and community service
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of warehouse management and transportation logistics

Job Duties
- Oversee final construction and opening of the Waco branch
- Manage daily operations of the Waco facility including warehouse and transportation functions
- Coordinate transfers, distributions, and transportation routes with the Austin logistics team
- Ensure the upkeep and safety of the facility and surrounding property
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, drivers, and facility staff
- Foster collaboration and communication between Waco and Austin locations
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partner agencies, and external stakeholders
