Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, operations management, or a related field
- seven to ten years of progressive operations leadership experience
- proven experience in managing multi-department teams
- knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management
- proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- experience in ensuring compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- minimum of 7-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in large-scale venues, sports, entertainment, or hospitality environments
- proven experience managing multi-department operational teams
- strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- experience ensuring compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards
Job Duties
- Direct daily venue operations to ensure efficient, safe, and guest-focused execution
- lead, develop, and support department leaders across operations, facilities, and event services
- oversee operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- collaborate with internal partners and external clients to support event success
- drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
