Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, operations management, or a related field
  • seven to ten years of progressive operations leadership experience
  • proven experience in managing multi-department teams
  • knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management
  • proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience in ensuring compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • minimum of 7-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in large-scale venues, sports, entertainment, or hospitality environments
  • proven experience managing multi-department operational teams
  • strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience ensuring compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards

Job Duties

  • Direct daily venue operations to ensure efficient, safe, and guest-focused execution
  • lead, develop, and support department leaders across operations, facilities, and event services
  • oversee operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
  • ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • collaborate with internal partners and external clients to support event success
  • drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
