Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 8 years multi-unit restaurant leadership
- At least 3 years in fast casual restaurant management
- Proven track record in P&L management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
- Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Commitment to company values and culture
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Minimum of 3 years leading fast casual restaurants
- Proven experience managing complex P&Ls and achieving financial goals
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and restaurant management systems
- Skilled in balancing strategic vision with operational execution
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor teams
- Effective project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Willingness to work varied hours and travel as needed
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and mentor Area Managers and General Managers to drive engagement
- Build and sustain a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance
- Partner with People + Culture and Operations leadership to recruit and retain top talent
- Create and execute ongoing learning and development strategies
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring consistent standards
- Develop and refine systems and processes for efficiency and scalability
- Maintain compliance with food safety, labor, and operational regulations
- Partner with Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive business initiatives
- Manage restaurant-level P&L performance and financial targets
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate to plan, forecast, and execute budgets
- Adjust operating strategies to meet changing business needs
- Champion a people-first culture focused on diversity and professional growth
- Model company mission, values, and leadership behaviors
- Ensure a safe and inclusive workplace environment
- Promote open communication and recognition across all teams
