Job Requirements
- Possess a valid state driver license
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Able to safely drive an automobile in all weather conditions
- Not employed as an administrator in the last year under enforcement action against former employer
- Meet state-specific education and experience requirements where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in a health-related field
- Two years’ experience as a manager or supervisor
- Intermediate technology skills including mobile device operation
- Licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator preferred
- Previous experience in home health care or hospice programs preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the local chief executive agent
- Lead the local provider(s) to improve community care
- Contribute to overall company success
- Ensure daily operations are completed
- Manage operations and services
- Oversee personnel performance
- Handle office management tasks
