Job Requirements

  • 5+ leadership experience in hospitality or retail
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Understanding of financial concepts
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties

  • Proactively coaching and motivating team members to deliver their best
  • Identifying opportunities and driving continual improvement in location operations
  • Building strong partnerships with location partners
  • Working with regional and home office leadership to drive innovation and best practices
  • Delivering against financial goals and budgets
  • Coaching the operations management team
  • Representing Levy at partner meetings and networking events
  • Overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation
  • Reviewing financial reports and developing action plans
  • Leading the continual development of the location's food story and guest experience
  • Completing team member performance reviews including career development and compensation planning
  • Responding to communications and administrative tasks
  • Reviewing and processing expense reports
  • Interviewing and hiring team members
  • Collaborating with culinary leadership on menu development
  • Overseeing season planning and alignment with Levy goals
  • Conducting manager meetings and event walks
  • Managing team recognition programs
  • Conducting building safety walks
  • Completing corrective actions as needed
  • Developing future leadership talent
  • Closing and signing off payroll
  • Managing financial reporting
  • Driving shrinkage prevention efforts
  • Leading operational improvement plans
  • Participating in governance meetings
  • Planning budget and P&L management
  • Planning engagement activities
  • Acting as figurehead for diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Performing other assigned duties
