Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of related healthcare management experience
- Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency in collaborating across matrixed organizations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical and professional conduct
- Capacity to analyze and solve complex problems
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to operate office and clinical equipment
- Ability to lift up to twenty-five pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the implementation of services in assigned clinical and hospital departments
- Collaborate with medical and administrative leaders to ensure high-quality patient-centered care delivery
- Promote patient, provider, and associate engagement through proactive measures and interventions
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve sustainable growth
- Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve operational challenges
- Manage conflict resolution effectively to maintain team and organizational harmony
