Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of related healthcare management experience
  • Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency in collaborating across matrixed organizations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical and professional conduct
  • Capacity to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to operate office and clinical equipment
  • Ability to lift up to twenty-five pounds occasionally
  • Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to perform job duties
  • Ability to drive and travel locally and statewide as required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Five or more years of healthcare operational leadership or related management experience

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the implementation of services in assigned clinical and hospital departments

  • Promote patient, provider, and associate engagement through proactive measures and interventions
  • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures aligned with organizational goals
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve sustainable growth
