Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- minimum 10 years of relevant leadership experience
- experience managing projects exceeding $100 million in value
- ability to lead large teams exceeding 200 employees or contractors
- strong problem-solving and escalation management skills
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work with international teams and diverse cultures

- knowledge of safety and quality management systems
Job Duties
- Model safe behaviors and drive safety program at operational and organizational level
- support the quality process to deliver quality and QA/QC requirements and facilitate high quality handoff to customer and service team on site
- hire, train, and manage diverse teams of leaders, quality, technical and safety personnel
- manage customer relationships through project meetings, on-site and remote interactions, and leadership of project teams to enhance relationships and customer satisfaction
- manage teams that manage project execution over $100 million in value across multiple sites or single sites over $250 million
- manage labor and contract budgets in excess of $10 million at multiple sites and/or challenging customer locations with total team size over 200 employees/contractors
- proactively address problems and manage escalations to achieve customer satisfaction and address root cause issues
