Job Requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • 6-10 years of progressive CSP and leadership experience
  • knowledge of AAMI, AORN, FDA, JCAHO, and OSHA standards
  • computer and financial management experience
  • current licensure as NJ-CRCST or IAHCSMM
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
  • 6-10 years of progressive CSP and leadership experience
  • in-depth knowledge of AAMI, AORN, FDA, JCAHO, and OSHA standards
  • computer and financial management proficiency
  • current licensure as NJ-CRCST or IAHCSMM
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of central sterile processing department
  • ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety standards
  • manage recruitment and retention of CSP staff
  • enforce adherence to organizational policies and regulatory procedures
  • support ongoing education and training of CSP personnel
  • promote a culture of service and quality to enhance patient outcomes
  • handle computer and financial management tasks related to CSP operations
