Job Requirements
- Associate degree required
- 6-10 years of progressive CSP and leadership experience
- knowledge of AAMI, AORN, FDA, JCAHO, and OSHA standards
- computer and financial management experience
- current licensure as NJ-CRCST or IAHCSMM
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of central sterile processing department
- ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety standards
- manage recruitment and retention of CSP staff
- enforce adherence to organizational policies and regulatory procedures
- support ongoing education and training of CSP personnel
- promote a culture of service and quality to enhance patient outcomes
- handle computer and financial management tasks related to CSP operations
