Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in janitorial and aircraft cabin appearance including management
- ability to effectively lead a staff of direct reports
- knowledge of applicable city, state, and federal laws and regulations
- self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- understanding of all facets of facilities roles
- ability to develop and conduct health, safety, and environmental training
- skilled in project management, problem-solving, and communication
- ability to direct activities involving hazardous situations
- ability to analyze and solve business challenges using data analytics
- strong relationship-building and teamwork skills
- positive attitude and desire for continuous learning
- proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- ability to handle shifting demands
- ability to prioritize and execute under tight deadlines
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in janitorial and aircraft cabin appearance including management
- proven track record as an effective manager in a high-performance organization

- knowledge of city, state, and federal laws and regulations affecting company business
- ability to develop and conduct effective health, safety, and environmental training programs
- skilled in project management and problem-solving techniques
- strong communication skills
- skilled in directing activities and operations including hazardous situations
- adept at using data and analytics to solve business challenges
- skills in relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration
- strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products

Job Duties
- Direct oversight of multiple P&Ls
- direct interaction with internal and external executive leaders
- ensure a safe and secure environment to meet customer needs and comply with regulatory requirements
- recruit, manage, and lead teams with a focus on continuous improvement
- select and develop teams of professionals and leaders
- influence and support functional strategy
- determine, evaluate, and modify goals and resource allocation to meet departmental and organizational goals
- support, motivate, and promote the team by building a positive and thriving environment
- direct overall department processes for integration of services and systems
- direct initiatives to improve quality, performance, and customer service
- maintain daily and weekly labor management control
- identify, analyze, and review issues
- document and report any issues
- prepare plans for long range improvement projects
- maintain accountability for budgeting including selection, installation, and replacement of materials and equipment
- handle special projects and other duties as assigned
