Job Requirements

  • Five to ten years of progressive multi-unit operations leadership experience
  • Experience in a college university or corporate campus setting
  • Proven financial management and strategic planning skills
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and accountability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership for all operational functions ensuring consistent service efficiency and compliance
  • Oversee and develop the management team across all service lines and locations
  • Manage budgeting forecasting financial reporting and cost-control strategies to improve productivity and profitability
  • Partner with the RVP on strategic planning business development and long-term operational goals
  • Serve as primary liaison to the client ensuring strong communication and alignment with objectives
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure cohesive processes and execution
  • Monitor operational performance internal controls and compliance recommending improvements as needed
