Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the restaurant industry in senior leadership
  • experience managing at least 12 restaurant locations across states
  • full profit and loss responsibility for multiple locations
  • must have valid driver’s license and pass background checks
  • required Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe Certification
  • must comply with health risk regulations for food handling
  • able to work around cleaning chemicals and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50lbs
  • able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the restaurant industry in a senior leadership role
  • experience leading a minimum of 12 locations concurrently across multiple states
  • full profit and loss responsibility for multiple locations
  • valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record and background checks
  • possession of Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe Certification where required
  • strong business acumen and leadership experience
  • ability to lead through influence
  • demonstrated communication and organizational skills
  • experience coaching and developing teams
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software like PayCom
  • effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operation restrictions
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws and practices

Job Duties

  • Manage, supervise, and lead managers to ensure profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in each store
  • manage assigned restaurants to defined levels of operations excellence in accordance with all established company policies, procedures, and standards
  • develop and manage budgets for all operational areas, ensuring expenses are within budgeted amounts
  • oversee training and development of restaurant managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and products
  • maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competition and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • administer all aspects of the business with integrity and enforce company values and compliance with employment laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, develop, motivate, and retain a best-in-class team
  • develop and manage strategies related to new restaurant development and ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines
