Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel operations or management
- Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen including experience with accounts receivable and payroll
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including participation in manager on duty shifts
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel operations or similar supervisory role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Experience with hotel property management systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Conduct operational and brand standard training
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Adhere to all Hilton and General Hotels Corp policies, procedures, and regulations
- Participate in the manager on duty program covering MOD shifts as needed
- Assist with food and beverage and housekeeping duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Review guest ledger, accounts receivable ledger, and deposit ledger to ensure timely clearance
- Assist with hotel accounting and payroll
- Prepare and submit month end reporting based on management company timelines
- Manage all accounts receivable accounts including setup, invoicing, payment posting, and collection calls
- File all HR and accounting documents both physical and digital
- Collaborate with sales department to bill group accounts accurately and timely
- Respond to guest billing inquiries promptly
- Perform administrative duties for Homewood Suites Keystone at the Crossing including answering phones and replying to emails professionally
- Complete special projects
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Maintain filing systems for customer and partner data
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
