Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Five to seven years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- Proven ability to achieve results and develop strong teams
- Strong passion for quality service
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel frequently
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with preferred concentration in food & beverage, business, marketing or management
- Five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- Proven track record of achieving results and building successful teams
- Passion for providing excellent service and quality
- Ability to build relationships, demonstrate leadership, and promote team success with integrity
- Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and capability to travel frequently within assigned market
Job Duties
- Lead operational activities for a group of First Watch restaurants in accordance with company guidelines
- Train, coach and develop General Managers and Operations Managers through performance feedback and evaluations
- Follow up on training progress of Management in Training, Culinary and Food Service Employees and hourly staff
- Ensure development of Operations Managers complies with First Watch management development programs
- Execute manpower planning to develop management teams and recruit restaurant management cost-effectively
- Maintain a safe and harassment-free workplace in all restaurants
- Take quick and responsible action to solve problems including staff performance and personality conflicts
- Develop and meet or exceed area budget including capital investments and administrative expenses
- Promote First Watch brand outside the restaurant
