Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience
- minimum 4 years of management experience in a full-service hotel environment
- proven ability to lead multiple departments
- experience in cash handling and operational compliance
- strong communication skills in English
- knowledge of employment laws and hospitality regulations

- strong time management and negotiation skills
- ability to manage and lead departments in accordance with employment and innkeeper laws
- prior cash handling experience
- effective communication skills with public and team members
- fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
Job Duties
- oversee all hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage
- lead and inspire hotel staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- ensure compliance with employment and local innkeeper laws
- handle cash management and operational audits
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- implement strategies to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
