Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- minimum of ten years manufacturing experience preferably in prepared foods
- ten years leadership and supervisory experience
- knowledge of timekeeping, policy adherence, conflict resolution
- expertise in manufacturing operations management
- high level of confidentiality
- strong computer skills including MS Office
- ability to work non-standard shifts including holidays and weekends
- physical ability to move around manufacturing floor
- adherence to safety policies including use of protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- minimum ten years' experience in manufacturing environment preferably in prepared foods
- demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience including timekeeping and policy adherence
- experience in directing manufacturing operations with budget and profit and loss management
- ability to understand customer needs and product application
- strong team building skills
- excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- self-starter with ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Direct and oversee operations and support functions including maintenance, safety, and quality for business planning
- manage cost through approval of expenditures, overtime, budget monitoring, and variance reporting
- oversee profit and loss to ensure alignment with company expectations
- develop operational KPI targets and hold operations team accountable
- create Annual Operating Plan and capital budget with justifications
- oversee capital project management within budgets and timelines
- partner with Quality Assurance for food safety and regulatory compliance
- develop manufacturing reporting and analyze production issues
- implement process optimization and reduce repeat deficiencies
- ensure customer-centered, responsive team
- mentor, coach, and train employees for career development
- perform additional relevant duties as assigned
