Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
  • minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational excellence
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • proficiency in financial management and budget oversight
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide senior-level oversight and direction for daily operations focusing on hiring onboarding and professional development
  • exercise managerial authority over restaurant management including performance reviews goal setting corrective actions and employment separations
  • ensure all restaurant units maintain highest operational efficiency and quality standards by fostering leadership culture promoting pride and accountability
  • assume accountability for adherence to company policies operational procedures programs and management systems
  • directly manage and develop restaurant general managers handling hiring training performance management and career progression
  • ensure consistent delivery of premium quality products by implementing and auditing quality control systems
  • communicate enforce and advocate for quality and brand standards using official documentation training guides and operational tools
