Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational excellence
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- proficiency in financial management and budget oversight
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide senior-level oversight and direction for daily operations focusing on hiring onboarding and professional development
- exercise managerial authority over restaurant management including performance reviews goal setting corrective actions and employment separations
- ensure all restaurant units maintain highest operational efficiency and quality standards by fostering leadership culture promoting pride and accountability
- assume accountability for adherence to company policies operational procedures programs and management systems
- directly manage and develop restaurant general managers handling hiring training performance management and career progression
- ensure consistent delivery of premium quality products by implementing and auditing quality control systems
- communicate enforce and advocate for quality and brand standards using official documentation training guides and operational tools
