Job Requirements
- Availability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and endure extended standing
- minimum of five years experience in restaurant operations or related field
- high school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to travel within assigned territory as needed

Job Duties
- Provide senior-level oversight and direction for daily operations, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and professional development of unit leadership and staff
- exercise managerial authority over restaurant management including performance reviews, goal setting, and corrective actions
- ensure all restaurant units maintain operational efficiency and quality standards by fostering leadership culture
- assume accountability for adherence to company policies and management systems
- manage and develop General Managers including hiring, training, and career progression
- ensure premium product quality through a robust quality control system
- communicate and enforce brand standards and operational tools
- verify compliance with food safety, health regulations, and certifications
- supervise performance activities through management structure
- assume full responsibility for territory business functions in absence of Regional Vice President
- guide unit managers in recruitment, staffing, training, and presentation standards
- oversee documentation of performance issues and disciplinary procedures
- mentor and coach unit management to foster positive work environment
- contribute to sales and profitability goals through customer-focused service models
- develop strategies to reverse negative operational trends and enhance financial performance
- monitor and enforce financial controls and cash management protocols
