Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven experience in financial performance management

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 4 years in guest services or related area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years in guest services or related area
  • Proven experience in managing hotel operations and teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational reports without duplicating duties

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet brand business objectives
  • Ensure hotel operations meet brand standards and customer needs
  • Manage financial performance by monitoring sales performance against budget
  • Coach and support departmental teams to manage occupancy, wages, and controllable expenses
  • Lead hotel leadership team to execute operational strategy aligned with brand vision
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints and problems
  • Conduct performance appraisals and foster open communication among staff
