Job Requirements
- At least 5–6 years of progressive hotel leadership experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- NYC union experience preferred
- Must be available to work weekends
- Experience working within a lifestyle hotel environment with nightlife operations preferred
- Hyatt experience preferred
- Opera Cloud experience preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests
- Must demonstrate strong listening skills and the ability to understand and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Must approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Must attend all required hotel meetings and training sessions
- Must participate in Manager-on-Duty coverage as required
- Must maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards and scheduling needs
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Must comply with hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as necessary
- Must be able to understand and evaluate complex operational and financial information from multiple sources
- Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Duties
- Tour operating departments daily and implement adjustments through department heads
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service culture across all departments
- Monitor operational performance, guest feedback, and financial metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the physical property through regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Be present in public areas during peak times to engage with guests and provide assistance as needed
- Meet all financial review deadlines and corporate program requirements
- Ensure departmental productivity aligns with budgeted targets
