Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- Experience in management operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and reports
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to foster employee commitment and motivation
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience

- Proven leadership experience in hotel operations or related field
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze budgets and reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
- Experience in managing guest satisfaction and service delivery
- Skilled in human resources management and staff development
Job Duties
- Develop and implement departmental strategies with direct reports
- Ensure implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives
- Manage Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance operations
- Monitor hotel operations sales performance against budget
- Review financial statements to determine performance
- Coach and support teams to manage occupancy, wages, and controllable expenses
- Review guest feedback and ensure corrective actions
- Handle guest problems and complaints
- Lead communication and staff meetings
- Conduct performance appraisals and set expectations
- Ensure compliance with property policies and disciplinary procedures
- Foster employee commitment to excellent service
- Champion brand and regional business initiatives
