Job Duties

  • Build a high-performance culture focused on training, accountability, and employee support
  • Establish objective, metric-driven performance standards to clearly identify A, B, and C players
  • Coach leaders to invest in A players, develop B players, and exit C players when needed
  • Promote a lower-headcount, higher-pay, higher-performance staffing model
  • Mentor high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership roles
  • Take hands-on ownership of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for Operations
  • Assist in designing and implementing a structured, intensive two-week classroom onboarding program
  • Create scalable, role-based training paths with rigorous knowledge checks
  • Build a continuous learning ecosystem covering compliance, products, services, and leadership
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Leverage automation and workflow tools to increase accuracy, speed, and service quality
  • Drive financial, operational, and growth discipline, including expansion and acquisition integration
  • Participate in quarterly strategic planning sessions
  • Participate in weekly leadership check-in meetings
  • Own clear benchmarks and quarterly goals
  • Be accountable for executing strategy within Operations
  • Help shape the company’s long-term direction and actively push growth initiatives while ensuring operational excellence scales alongside them
