Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • 18 years old or older
  • Significant multi-unit restaurant management experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures of the company
  • Ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • Experience with supervisory practices
  • Experience interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to execute training and development practices
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to complete recommended training such as Serve Safe and company-assigned training
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Must be able to stand for long periods without a break
  • Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and grab
  • Must be able to work in a loud environment
  • Must be able to see, hear, talk, and wear a headset
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Travel required between restaurants including some travel outside local area

Job Qualifications

  • Food Safety Certification
  • Experience in interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates

Job Duties

  • Ensures proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
  • Monitors labor availability and maintains recruitment, recognition, and retention systems for restaurant management
  • Develops staffing plans to maintain management stability
  • Executes quality and timely performance feedback, performance management, and reviews
  • Develops subordinates for future promotion opportunities through training and development
  • Mentors District Managers to improve operational performance and customer experience
  • Ensures execution of food safety procedures and compliance with health/sanitation regulations
  • Conducts restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, cleanliness, and food product standards
  • Implements corrective actions to meet customer satisfaction and compliance standards
  • Protects company brand and assets by enforcing policies and procedures
  • Maximizes sales and profits by monitoring budgets, marketing programs, and product rollouts
  • Reviews food and labor costs, utilizes profit/loss statements, and takes corrective measures
  • Provides strategic planning input and trains subordinates to identify and correct operational opportunities
  • Participates in strategic planning initiatives and performs other assigned duties
