Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 5 to 7 years facility operations experience
  • 2 to 3 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to work with people
  • Working knowledge of multiple trades
  • Excellent written and verbal skills organizational ability and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the Assistant General Manager in assigned administrative responsibilities including department budgetary issues
  • Responsible for the general operation and maintenance of the facility
  • Create and implement facility and departmental policies rules and regulations
  • Develop staffing needs and produce work schedules based on event requirements
  • Ensure that all OSHA and Worker Compensation rules and regulations are observed and enforced
  • Assign tasks and duties to management and staff personnel as required
  • Oversee and implement capital improvement and expansion projects
