Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage industry, with at least 5 recent years as a general manager in a high-volume, matrix structure
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness and ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- ability to be on feet most of the day
- capability to engage in active tasks including coaching, supervising, and managing daily operations
- endurance to maintain energy and focus in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage industry, with at least 5 recent years as a general manager in a high-volume, matrix structure
- high school diploma or equivalent
- multi-unit management experience is preferred, but not required

- Lead your venue by setting the direction for service and hospitality, ensuring players have an unforgettable experience
- supervise and support venue leaders, guiding them in delivering top-tier service and maintaining high operational standards
- drive playmaker engagement by coaching and developing your team, fostering a positive and energetic environment while upholding Topgolf’s Core Values
- work closely with your team, leveraging business metrics and trends to maximize performance and profitability while building strong relationships with community leaders
- prioritize safety and cleanliness by adhering to operational standards, ensuring player and playmaker satisfaction, and executing flawless operations across all venue functions
