Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • college degree preferred
  • 18 years old or older
  • significant restaurant operations experience in multi-unit restaurant management or equivalent education and experience
  • ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures
  • ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures
  • experience with P and L analysis and corrective measures
  • demonstrated supervisory practices
  • demonstrated experience interviewing and selecting high performing candidates
  • knowledge of applicable employment laws
  • ability to execute training and development practices
  • demonstrated strong PC skills
  • ability to complete Serve Safe and Phase training
  • food safety certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversees daily operations of a district of 12-13 restaurants including managing a District Manager who supervises 6-7 restaurants
  • grows sales and profits by improving customer satisfaction and human resource management
  • mentors employees and develops talent within the organization
  • ensures adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • conducts restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • develops and implements local marketing plans and manages new product rollouts
  • monitors budgets, food and labor costs, and takes corrective actions to maximize profitability
  • participates in strategic planning initiatives impacting the operational market
  • performs other job duties as assigned
