Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 5 - 7 years facility operations experience
- 2 - 3 years supervisory experience
- Ability to work with people
- Working knowledge of multiple trades
- Excellent written and verbal skills organizational ability and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree in Facility Management preferred
- Experience with CAD systems a plus

Job Duties
- Assist the Assistant General Manager in assigned administrative responsibilities including department budgetary issues
- Responsible for the general operation and maintenance of the facility
- Create and implement facility and departmental policies rules and regulations
- Develop staffing needs and produce work schedules based on event requirements
- Ensure that all OSHA and Worker Compensation rules and regulations are observed and enforced
- Assign tasks and duties to management and staff personnel as required
- Oversee and implement capital improvement and expansion projects
- Act as key liaison between facility management and other departments
- Assist in the development and administration of departmental and facility budgets
- Interact with other directors and department managers in the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures
- Approve requisitions for department expenses
- Develop work in motion studies to enhance labor efficiency
- Is a team member of the accident investigation and documentation team
- All other duties as assigned
