Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of management experience in hotel operations
  • Proven leadership skills in a hospitality setting
  • Experience with Marriott brand preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of management experience in hotel operations
  • Proven success leading and developing diverse teams in a full-service hotel
  • Strong experience with Marriott brand systems, tools, and standards
  • Demonstrated ability in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
