Job Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of management experience in hotel operations
- Proven leadership skills in a hospitality setting
- Experience with Marriott brand preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
