Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Significant restaurant operations experience in multi-unit management or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
- Ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures
- Experience with P&L analysis and corrective actions
- Demonstrated supervisory practices
- Skilled in interviewing and candidate assessment
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to execute training and development
- Strong PC skills
- Successful completion of training programs like Serve Safe and Phase Training
- Food safety certification
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and grab
- Ability to work in loud environments
- Ability to see, hear, talk, smell, and taste
- Ability to wear a headset
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Required travel between restaurants, with some travel outside local area (approximately 10%)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- College degree preferred
- Significant multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures
- Ability to apply HR policies and procedures
- Experience in P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Supervisory experience
- Skilled in interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Skilled in training and development
- Strong PC skills
- Completion of recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training
- Food safety certification
Job Duties
- Ensures proper staffing levels and diversity of management workforce
- Monitors labor availability and maintains recruiting, recognition, and retention systems
- Develops crew and management staffing plans
- Provides performance feedback, management, and reviews
- Develops subordinates and provides management training
- Mentors District Managers to improve operational performance
- Ensures execution of food safety procedures and compliance with health regulations
- Conducts restaurant visits to improve quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitors food product quality and implements corrective actions
- Protects brand and assets through policy compliance
- Evaluates store performance and coaches management
- Maximizes sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Monitors food and labor costs
- Utilizes profit and loss statements for corrective action
- Develops and trains subordinates on business operations
- Participates in strategic planning initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
