Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong quick service restaurant background balancing quality and speed
- Experience as a field operations leader in corporate restaurant company
- Leadership of multiple managers across high volume units
- Proven track record in recruiting, team development and performance management
- Experience running a successful restaurant personally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution capability
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Proactive, self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Recruit and equip the best operators in the world to deliver great customer experiences
- Build a healthy and robust bench of developed and capable managers
- Hold Area Coaches accountable for people, customer, sales and profit targets
- Lead by example - be a culture champion and live by Taco Bell principles
- Leverage culture and people capability to fuel brand performance
- Provide leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and coach for operational excellence
- Train, coach and hold accountable Area Coaches and Restaurant Managers for executing the Taco Bell Operating System and brand standards
- Identify and resolve brand protection and safety issues with urgency
- Partner with each manager to build sales and deliver profit targets
- Train and coach Area Coaches and managers on marketing promotions and financial tools
- Utilize reports to identify opportunities and encourage operational focus
- Address repair and maintenance issues proactively and collaborate with business partners to resolve them
