Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- college degree preferred
- 18 years old or older
- significant restaurant operations and multi-unit management experience
- ability to learn and apply company procedures and HR policies
- skills in P&L analysis and corrective action
- supervisory experience
- interviewing skills
- knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- training and development capability
- strong PC proficiency
- completion of Serve Safe and Phase Training
- food safety certification
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- work in various temperature environments
- bend, kneel, reach, and grab

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure proper staffing levels and workforce diversity
- monitor labor availability and maintain recruiting, recognition, and retention systems
- develop and train restaurant management and crew
- provide performance feedback and conduct performance reviews
- mentor District Manager to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction
- enforce food safety and sanitation regulations
- conduct working visits to restaurants ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- implement corrective actions to maintain company standards
- protect company assets and brand compliance
- develop and execute local marketing plans and new product rollouts
- analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective actions
- participate in strategic planning
- perform other assigned duties as required
