Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • college degree preferred
  • 18 years old or older
  • significant restaurant operations and multi-unit management experience
  • ability to learn and apply company procedures and HR policies
  • skills in P&L analysis and corrective action
  • supervisory experience
  • interviewing skills
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • training and development capability
  • strong PC proficiency
  • completion of Serve Safe and Phase Training
  • food safety certification
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • work in various temperature environments
  • bend, kneel, reach, and grab
  • work in loud environments
  • ability to see, hear, talk, smell, and taste
  • lift up to 30 pounds
  • travel up to 10% outside local area

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • college degree preferred
  • significant experience in multi-unit restaurant operations management
  • ability to apply standard operating procedures
  • knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
  • experience in supervisory and talent management practices

  • food safety certification
  • Serve Safe and Phase Training completion

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper staffing levels and workforce diversity
  • monitor labor availability and maintain recruiting, recognition, and retention systems
  • develop and train restaurant management and crew
  • provide performance feedback and conduct performance reviews
  • mentor District Manager to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction
  • enforce food safety and sanitation regulations
  • conduct working visits to restaurants ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • implement corrective actions to maintain company standards
  • protect company assets and brand compliance
  • develop and execute local marketing plans and new product rollouts
  • analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective actions
  • participate in strategic planning
  • perform other assigned duties as required
