Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality entertainment or food and beverage industry with at least 5 recent years as a general manager in a high-volume matrix structure
- Multi-unit management experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable being on your feet for most of the day
- Ability to perform active tasks such as coaching supervising interacting with guests and managing daily operations
- Capacity to maintain energy and focus in a fast-paced high-volume environment

- Lead your venue by setting direction for service and hospitality ensuring players have an unforgettable experience
- Supervise and support venue leaders guiding them in delivering top-tier service and maintaining high operational standards
- Drive Playmaker engagement by coaching and developing your team fostering a positive and energetic environment
- Work closely with your team leveraging business metrics and trends to maximize performance and profitability
- Build strong relationships with community leaders to elevate the Topgolf brand
- Prioritize safety and cleanliness by adhering to operational standards ensuring player and Playmaker satisfaction
- Execute flawless operations across all venue functions
