Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
  • Proven success in managing and developing teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with preference for food & beverage, business, marketing, or management concentration
  • Five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
  • Proven track record of achieving results and building successful teams
  • Passion for excellent service and quality
  • Ability to build relationships and demonstrate leadership with integrity
  • Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within assigned market

Job Duties

  • Leads operational activities for a group of First Watch restaurants in management development, sales, profitability, planning, and customer and employee relations
  • Trains, coaches, and develops General Managers and Operations Managers through performance feedback and evaluations
  • Follows up on training of MITs, CAFEs, and hourly employees, working closely with the Training General Manager
  • Ensures development of Operations Managers adhering to First Watch management development programs
  • Manages manpower planning, recruitment, and training of restaurant management teams
  • Maintains a safe and harassment-free workplace in all restaurants
  • Takes quick and responsible action to resolve staff performance issues and personality conflicts
  • Develops and meets or exceeds area budgets, including capital investments and administrative expenses
  • Promotes First Watch within and outside the restaurant environment
